This weekend I did a cake for my aunt, I ended up only having one day to make it. So, it didn't turn out quite as perfect as I would have liked. But I tried a new recipe that was AWESOME! Almost everything with this cake was new for me, so next time it will be better, I will learn from my mistakes!!
It was a topsy turvy cake. The top tier was Carrot cake( so yummy!) and the bottom was chocolate. I used cream cheese icing. And of course MM Fondant.
I can't believe you made it back and got that done!!!! It's beautiful! We loved seeing you guys! Hopefully you'll have to come down again soon! :)
