Ic e Wedding Cake

This was a beautiful wedding cake. The top tier has sugar crystals to look like ice. 2nd tier has the couples initials stenciled on and a flourish pattern. 3rd tier has a diamond patchwork with silver pearls in the corners! 1st tier was white almond sour cream cake with raspberry mousse. 2nd tier was white almond sour cream with blackberry swirl. Filling was blackberry & white chocolate ganache. yum! 3rd tier was styrofoam. Thanks to the Walker/Rasmussens for having me make this wonderful creation for them!

5 Tier Wedding Cake

I did this cake for my cousin Shayna and her cute little husband Keith for their wedding. It was a very fun cake to make and if I do say so myself turned out GREAT! the bottom 4 tiers were made out of styrofoam. The top tier was yellow cake with chocolate mousse filling. The cake had floral stenciling on each tier with the middle tier having the letters of their names also. Fondant pearls and silk flowers! The cake was also held up by vases with the flowers in the as well! Colors were, pink, orange, blue, yellow and green. Each tier was a different color.

Rival Graduation Cake

I made this cake for my 2 cousins who graduated this year. One went to Rigby and the other Madison. Which as you might know are hated rivals. I graduated from Rigby and so as proud as I am for my school I grudgingly made the Madison side... :) Actually I had fun doing both sides. it was a very fun cake to see come to life.

The top tier was chocolate with coconut cream filling ( sooo yummy) and the bottom tier was lemon cake with raspberry filling. Also, very tasty! Thanks girls for letting me make this fun cake for your special days! Love ya!

Damask Wedding Cake

This wedding cake was a great learning experience. The scary thing about Stencils is that you have one chance to get the job done and get it done right. Luckily, for the most part it was done right! The cake was chocolate with raspberry filling. Damask stenciling, fondant roping, royal icing piping. Fondant pearls and tiger lily flowers.

Square Topsy Turvy

This cake was so much fun. I love cakes that have lots of character. This was for my cousin's birthday. She along with her mom, brothers and our other cousin came to help make the cake. It was fun to have lots of people with me in the kitchen for 6 hours! This was a square topsy turvy. The fondant was brown, blue and green. We did a diamond pattern and zebra stripes. We also put fondant daisies and fondant lettering on! It was so cute! The flavors were vanilla cake with banana cream filling.

The cake was white almond sour cream with half banana cream and half strawberry cream fillings. Sounds good! Plus, it had buttercream and MM fondant. Everything on this cake was also edible! Enjoy!

Square Topsy Turvy Wedding

This cake was the biggest scare for me. The fondant kept on tearing and having issues and then when we started to decorate it decided to make me angry, be difficult and look ugly. BUT finally in the final stages I started to love it. Then I looked at it more and more and I really did love this cake! Almost every cake has flaws so, it's no big deal but I'm glad it turning out so amazingly cool and beautiful!

The top tier was chocolate cake with Raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream w/ MM fondant. I enjoyed this cake it challenged me and I learned from it. Enjoy!
