Done!!!

So, I pretty much finished Carmen's cake this afternoon, but the elements didn't turn out the way I had hoped so, I bagged it and went a different direction!! Kevin came home from work this afternoon and helped me with the bow a lot! I really appreciate his help!! So, here is the first version of Carmen's cake! It wasn't totally done, I hadn't put a border on it yet.

Basically the decals on the first tier didn't look so hot. It's alot harder to get them to look good when you are putting them on the side of a cake verses on a board. Also, I think I need to try a different icing for this, my icing kept getting air bubbles and it would mess the design up! This is the finished product!!! I'm VERY happy with it!!!! I think it looks more like her too!!
